I've been in your seat.

Seriously, I get it. In my career as a founder, C-suite exec and VC, I managed teams (and boards and investors), led from launch to growth and scale, and drove multiple M&A exits. I held roles including CMO, COO, President, General Partner and CEO at companies like AOL, Dapper Labs, Rubicon Project and Adap.tv (you can see the full rundown here).

Looking back, the through-line is clear — I always served first and foremost as a trusted advisor to the leaders around me. In a sense, I've been coaching all along, and helping the people around me succeed feels like my true calling. Today I help founders, executives and rising leaders find clarity, lead with conviction, and achieve the goals that truly matter.
