I'm Kara Weber, founder of Outperform Advisors. I've enjoyed an exciting career building companies and creating new markets - as a founder, C-suite exec (CEO, President, COO & CMO), VC and board member. I led venture-backed companies through launch, growth, scale, exits and post-merger integration. Companies like Rubicon Project, AOL, Adap.tv, Dapper Labs and Happy Returns, backed by firms including Sequoia, Upfront, Andreessen Horowitz, Coatue and NEA.
Leading was my career. Optimizing performance is my passion.
Today, I bring that passion to the fore as an executive coach, M&A advisor and leadership session facilitator. The common thread through the work? Better outcomes for what matters most in successfully building and scaling companies: the people.
